CONTEXT
MOD donuts is a small business that began as a passion project by two friends who shared a love for creating delicious donuts reminiscent of those found in New York.
In 2021, after seven successful years since their opening, MOD donuts recognized the importance of refreshing their brand identity to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
To achieve a cohesive brand identity, our team developed a new, consistent look across all of MOD donuts packaging, brand collateral and digital presence. Using typography, a carefully curated color palette of three colors, and playful emojis, we created a design that perfectly captures MOD donuts’ essence and personality, in a style we call Playful Minimalism.

Type-based visual language is a harmonious blend of the elegant style that embodies MOD’s company brand philosophy and the sweet, delectable nature of MOD donuts products.



DONUTS IN THE BOXES
We have created a range of packaging options for MOD donuts, including boxes for nine, four, and single donut purchases, containers for ice cream, as well as coffee bags and cups, among many other options.













BRAND COLLATERALS
As MOD Donuts participates in numerous events, we have developed a variety of print media to suit their needs, including business cards, vouchers, flyers, posters, and window display menus.




WORK IN PROGRESS
MOD Donuts is an ongoing project, and currently, we are in the process of designing the website and online store. Our primary objective is to enhance the online shopping experience and provide a better understanding of our brand and services.
